Our near-term goal is to consolidate our current activities and curriculum, fine-tuning a model that can eventually be extended elsewhere. This model should be meaningful, sustainable and focused on long-term impact. Specific activities include:

• Increase the number of students currently participating

• Purchase of our own land and facility to allow for expansion and enhancement of activities
• Addition of new program areas, including digital design, pottery making, brass/jazz/afro band, etc.
• Expand and deepen the teachers' training program, including exchange programs abroad
• Continue fostering participation of Ugandan and international artists, collaborators and volunteers
• Broaden our financial support with stable and recurrent sources, including local income-generating products, services and special events
• Expand our program for public service and community art projects in Kampala and beyond
